With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rudolph Joseph Kallinger (Lake Forest, Illinois), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 21, 2024 at the age of 95. He was predeceased by: his parent Austrian. He is survived by: his wife Arlene; his children, Susan Casserly, Laura Hardman, Jim Kallinger (Dana) and Nancy Alcazar; his grandchildren, Darryl, Chris, Justin, Greg, Ryan, Michelle, Alex, Lauren, Deanna and Eric; and his great grandchildren, Camden, Beckett, McKenzie and Caleb.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Wenban Funeral Home (320 Vine Ave, Lake Forest, IL 60045). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick Church (Little Church) (991 S Waukegan Rd, Lake Forest, IL 60045). A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Ascension Catholic Cemetery (1920 W Buckley Rd, Libertyville, IL 60048).
