“Hi! Joe Casciato here and I want you all to know that Niel was the coolest guy I ever met. As good in the board room as in the bathroom with the janitor. I met Niel on his first day working at RRD in Financial Printing when I was asked to be his mentor. I was honored to do it and I remain honored to have known Niel and remained friends since that day. Favorite memory: Niel came to Cleveland for a freezing World Series game in nothing but a cashmere sweater and we had to dress him warmly. JC”
