We are sad to announce that on September 5, 2021, at the age of 64, Jon F. Lazar of Lake Forest, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Miriam Lazar (Nierman) and Dr. Paul Lazar of Lake Forest; his brother Dr. Andrew Lazar (Marda); his nieces and nephews, Michael Lazar (Emmy Liss) and Jordyn Albano (Max); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Cameron Albano and Milo Lazar.
