With solemn reverence, we commemorate James J. Antonetti (Lake Forest, Illinois), whose life came to an end on April 5, 2025 at the age of 100, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Omero Antonetti and Anita Antonetti; his sister Alice Azzi (Antonetti); his brother-in-law Guido Azzi; his daughter Therese Antonetti; and his great grandchild Mario Antonetti Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Betty Sue Antonetti (Saari); his children, Toni Antonetti, Jeffrey Antonetti (Jane), Gregory Antonetti (Pia), Gary Antonetti (Alice) and James Joseph Antonetti Jr. (Lori); and his brother Mario Antonetti (Marge). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Wenban Funeral Home (320 Vine Ave, Lake Forest, IL 60045). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of St. Mary (175 E Illinois Rd, Lake Forest, IL 60045). A graveside service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Ascension Catholic Cemetery (1920 W Buckley Rd, Libertyville, IL 60048).
