We are sad to announce that on March 12, 2024, at the age of 78, Edward Gurza of Lake Forest, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Agustín Gurza and María Esther Gurza Sanchesviesca; and his brothers, Agustín and Roberto. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Esther, Piti, Guillermo, Patti and Alejandro; his wife Liz; his children, Lisa, Allison and Edward (Amy); and his nieces and nephews, Charlie White, Miguel, Andres Gurza, Joaquin Gurza, Will, Sonia Witherow, David, Rachel, Olivia Dully and Daniel Gurza.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Catholic Charities, Lake County Services, 671 S. Lewis Avenue, Waukegan, IL 60085.
