We bid farewell to Douglas Weaver (Lake Forest, Illinois), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 7, 2024 at the age of 54. Douglas touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his father Steve Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Melisa; his children, Alex, Maddie and Michael; his mother Julia Weaver; and his siblings, Kevin Weaver (Katy), Emily Weiler (Jim), Don Weaver (Katy) and Matt Weaver (Haidee). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Wenban Funeral Home (320 Vine Ave, Lake Forest, IL 60045). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Church of St. Mary (175 E Illinois Rd, Lake Forest, IL 60045).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Kidney Cancer Association in his memory.
