He was predeceased by: his sister Marion Hook. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his children, Greg of Highland Park, Patti West (Ken) of Woodstock, Brad Price (Pam), Cedarburg, Geoff Price (Stephanie) and Crystal Lake; his grandchildren, Justin West (Brittany), Alex West, Amy Ann, Heather Erickson (Andrew), Jeremy, Trevor, Colin and Benjamin Price; and his great grandchildren, Bodhi Burton and Grayson West.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Rotary Club of Wilmette, the First Presbyterian Church of Lake Forest or a charity of one's choice.
