It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Winifred Haupt of Lake Bluff, Illinois, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 26, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Maier and Winifred Maier (Mahoney); her children, Mark Haupt, Margaret Thomas (Paul), Martha Gibbons (John) and Meredith Wrede (Andreas); her grandchildren, Madelaine Thomas (Jake Archbell), Alanna Thomas, David Gibbons (Monica), Jennifer (Greg Woods), Emily (Chris Laurignano), Stephan (Katie Truscio) and Martina Wrede; and her great grandchildren, Hank, Iverson Gibbons and Cedar Truscio Wrede.
