He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Cavallari and Samuel Cavallari; his brother Tony Cavallari; his niece Brittany Cavallari; and his nephew John Cavallari.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cayce Cavallari and Veronica Cavallari; his siblings, Bruce Cavallari and Sandy Ward; and his sister-in-law Marg "Muggs" Cavallari. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to surviving family members.
