It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Anthony Dezelan of Lake Bluff, Illinois, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on June 21, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Dezelan and Yolanda Dezelan; and his brother Donald. He is survived by: his wife Annette Gohmann Dezelan; his daughters, Kaelin Dezelan Teegarden (Steve) and Suzanne Dezelan Nance (Anthony); his grandsons, Bennett and Cole Teegarden; and his siblings, Nancy Jones, Catherine Horn, Maryann Williams, Joseph, Ronald, Michael and Robert Dezelan.
