We are sad to announce that on December 5, 2024, at the age of 88, Yen Leong Mark of Lake Barrington, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Yen Leong is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Yen Leong's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He is survived by: his wife Ling; his sons, Albert and Allen; and his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Timothy, Rebecca, Michelle and Christina.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Donnellan Family Funeral Home (10045 Skokie Blvd, Skokie, IL 60077). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Donnellan Family Funeral Services (10045 Skokie Blvd, Skokie, IL 60077). A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (9900 Gross Point Rd, Skokie, IL 60076).
