With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hannah Jane Rizzio of Lake Barrington, Illinois, who passed away on July 21, 2022 at the age of 25. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Lilyan Barry, Carol Rizzio and Stephen Barry. She is survived by: her parents, Trisha Barry and David Rizzio (Mara); her siblings, Autumn Jordan, Jaclene, Alek and Gabriel; and her grandfather Daniel Rizzio.
