He is survived by: his parents, Robert Mack and Karen Mack (Savio) of Ladd; his wife Beth Rynke; his sons, Kyle and Brenden Mack of Yorkville; his siblings, Tracy O'Malley of Hinsdale and Tim Mack of O'Fallon, MO; his nephew Colby Mack of Palatine; and his former wife Beth Mack of Yorkville.
