He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Schultz and Bernadine Schultz (DeGroft). He is survived by: his siblings, Sherry Smith (Daniel) of Varna Illinois and Jeffrey Schultz of Prophetstown Illinois; his nephew Jeremiah Smith of Varna; and his great-nieces, Trinity and Sophia Smith.
