He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarance McNulty and Margaret McNulty (Anderson); and his siblings, Bill, Joe McNulty and Jan McNulty.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer McNulty of Peoria Heights and Christopher McNulty of Chillicothe; his sisters, Patricia Miller (Jim) of Tennessee, Teri Bruce Thiemann of East Peoria and Cheryl Becker (John) of Kickapoo Illinpois; and his stepsiblings, Ray Anderson of Arizona and Sandra Kramer of Texas. He is also survived by six grandchildren; three great grandchildren and many nieces & nephews.
