He is survived by: his wife Justine Klein; his children, Melvin Budd Jr (Cathy) of Lacon, John Budd (Cheryl) of Lacon, Maryanne Anerino (Gary), Stephanie Martin and Laurie Vincent (Greg); and his brother Ronald Budd (Darlene) of Lincoln. He is also survived by Five grandchildren, 11 Great grandchildren, two step grandchildren, and nine step great grandchildren.
