She was predeceased by: her father Jack Blankenship; her husband William Rupp, Jr.; her daughter Billie Jean Rupp; and her grandson Justin Rupp. She is survived by: her mother Lola Blankenship (Mathis) of Chillicothe; her children, Brandi Adams (Adam Herrell) of Eddyville, Waylon Rupp (Beth) of Peoria and Jobe Rupp (Nicole) of Sparland; and her siblings, Terry Blankenship (Linda) of Peoria, Charlie Blankenship of Canada, Marcella Galletti (Terry) of Sparland, Paula Gilmore (Larry) of Peoria, Alan Blankenship (Becky) of Yates City and Jeff Blankenship (Hong) of Chillicothe. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and five step-grandchildren.
