She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Kelly and Katherine Kelly (McCartney); and her niece Julia Katherine Kelly. She is survived by: her husband Steve; her daughters, Abigail of Indianapolis, IN and Megan of Lacon; and her siblings, Shari Archibald (Richard) of Peoria, Randy Kelly (Karen) of Washington, Kathie Gibler (Gene) of Toulon, James Kelly (Brenda) of Chillicothe, Rebecca Carlin (Wayne) of Chillicothe and Todd Kelly (Emily) of Downs. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
