He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Conarro; his children, Jeff (Sonny) of Dunlap and Laura Bergman (Jason) of Lacon; his siblings, Joanne Herington of Washburn, Riva Moore (Joe) of Sugar Grove, James Forsythe (Janet) of Lacon and Terry Forsythe (Debbie); his grandchildren, Madelyn, Kegan and Addison; and his brother-in-law Bill Conarro of Lacon.
