She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry H. Walden and Ida E. Walden (Whitman); and her brothers, Ray and Don Walden. She is survived by: her husband Bob Billingsley of Lacon; her children, Connie Cranford (Mark) of East Peoria, Charles R. "Bob" Billingsley, Jr. (Melody) of Canton, Chris Billingsley (Angie) of East Peoria and Chad Billingsley of Peoria Heights; her grandchildren, Alexi (Kyle), Trent, Cameron (Cori), MacKenzi, Vanessa, Jacob, Tyler, Lucas, Jamie and Jordan; and her siblings, Doris Bryant of Albuquerque, NM and Cal Walden (Julie) of Peoria, IL. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
Memorials in Judy's name may be made to Lacon Rehab and Nursing or any animal shelter of the donor's choice.
