He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie L. and Mildred I. Dollar (Hopkins); and his siblings, Donna Jean Dollar, Naomi Cunningham and Darrell Dollar.
He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Dollar of Peoria, David Dollar (Bonita) of Peoria, Anita Spiller of Peoria and Florence Dollar of Peoria; and his nieces and nephews, Megan, Anita Ann Spiller, Cory Dollar, Randy, Heidi, Katie Cunningham, Christopher and Sydney.
