He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Strong and Kathryn Strong (Burlingame); his siblings, Jim Strong and Doris Mayer; and his daughter-in-law Becky Strong.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Schupp; his children, Kim Strong of Lacon, Doug Strong of Lacon, Patrick Strong (Amy) of Myrtle Beach, Allison Holler (Alan) of Henry and Molly Strong of Dunlap; his siblings, Tom (Judy Strong) and Linda Kennedy of Lacon; his grandchildren, Matthew, Tanner, Alex, Ashtin, Abrianne, Ahren, Amanda, Victoria and Raegan; and his great grandchildren, Violet, Emmett, Charlotte and Oaklyn.
