Ortega; his children, Joshua Decker (Tevra), Justin Hirsch, David Dean, Jacqueline King (Kegan), Christopher Decker and Sara Decker; and his siblings, Charles Decker (Judy), Estella Sonnenberg, Alice Carrington and Ruth Poplett (Terry Oltman). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; one greatgrandchild.
