He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Lewis; his daughter Sherry Wallace (Russell) of Peoria; his brothers, Eldon (Johnnie) and Robert (Jan) of Metamora; his sister-in-law Kathy Skaggs (late Melvin) of Lacon; and his grandchildren, Krystle Rutherford (Travis) of Mount Vernon, Leah Walden (Josh) of Carterville, Charlie Wallace (Michelle) of Peoria, Victoria Phillips (Jason) of Peoria Heights and Matt Wallace of Peoria. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
