Clara Cordes Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clara Cordes of Lacon, Illinois, who passed away on March 2, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brothers, Roland and Raymond Clark; and her son-in-law Thomas Spada. She is survived by: her daughter Suzann Spada; her siblings, James Clark of Metamora Illinois, Ruth Smith of Lacon, Dorothy McElroy of Metamora, Marie Fraatz (Rick) of Metamora and Peggy Lantz of Lacon; and her grandchildren, Brian Rohman (Rachel) of Normal Illinois, Adam Rohman (Lexy) of Morton Illinois, Ellen Siler (William) of Rochester Illinois and Colleen Laga (Rick) of Rochester. She is also survived by five great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild.

A graveside service was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lacon Cemetery.
