Budd of Lacon, Illinois, born in Lincoln, Illinois, who passed away on January 22, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Cross and Vera Cross (Koester); her husband Vernon F. Budd; her children, Connie Collins (Richard) of Chillicothe, Nicholas Budd (Nancy) of State College, PA and Michael Budd (Mary Ellen) of Devon, PA; her grandchildren, Nicole Albers (Jason), Steven Urnikis (Carrie) and Carl Budd; her stepgrandsons, Timothy Herzing (Phyllis) and Erik Herzing; and her siblings-in-law, Ronald Budd (Darlene) of Lincoln, Chris Budd of Venice, FL and Justine Budd of Lacon. She was also cherished by nine great grandchildren.
