He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Head and Vivian Head (Heininger); his sisters, Lorene Head and Verna Good; and his brother-in-law Quentin Good.
He is survived by: his sons, Greg of Lowpoint and Tom of Metamora; and his grandchildren, Gregory Head (Jami), Michael Head (Alli), Kelsey Cupples (Jacob) and Rachel Wolfe (Tyler). He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
Burial will be in the Lacon cemetery and memorial contributions can be made to the Lacon Sparland Ambulance.
