She was predeceased by: her father James DeSmit; and her brother John DeSmit. She is survived by: her mother Donna Mahaffey DeSmit; her husband Douglas L. Jenkins; her daughters, Cassandra Caccia (Christopher), Michelle Divert (Clair) and Stephanie Zick (Derrick); and her siblings, Ken DeSmit (Joann), Doug DeSmit (Sue), Pete DeSmit (Liz), Debbie Lasky (Rich), Matt DeSmit (Shana), Tom DeSmit (Daina) and Dave DeSmit (Teressa). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; one great-grandson; two step-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren.
