She is survived by: her husband Harvey Forrest; her children, Kathy Hilliard (Ron) of Toulon, Theron Forrest (Amanda) of Henry and Brian Forrest (Jennifer) of Normal; her siblings, Roberta Eichelkraut (Bob), Gene Oppy (Margie) of Wesley Chapel, FL, Tom Holt (Rita) of Spring Valley and John Holt of Arlington Illinois; her grandchildren, Amanda Melton (Jay) of Toulon, Alex Lenz of Lacon, Bayly Junker of Toulon, Morgan Forrest of Henry and Jacob Forrest of Henry; her great grandchildren, Schuyler, Isaac, Emersyn and Sam; and her nephews, Bill Eichelkraut and Nick (Amanda).
