It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Zeta Ousec of La Salle, Illinois, born in Peru, Illinois, who passed away on May 20, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne H. Ousec; her daughter Julie O'Connor; her grandson Michael Smigel; her great grandchild Piper Bixler; her son-in-law Gary Smigel; and her sister Rita Heffron.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Smigel of Lancaster, PA and Jane Ousec of La Salle; her grandchildren, Holly Lawrence (Chris), Kimberly Wittenauer (Kyle), Samatha Bixler (Greg), Stephen Smigel and Sean Smigel; and her great grandchild Cooper Bixler.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Patrick's Church.
