He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Howarth and Johanna Howarth (Fitzpatrick); his daughter Lynn Marie; his brothers, Thomas, Kenneth, Harry and Leonard; and his brother-in-law Cyril Kozel.
He is survived by: his wife Lynn King of Patrick's Church; his children, Lisa Zielinski (John), Leslie Miller (Richard) and Lori Howarth (Claudia Gerstle); his grandchildren, Adam Thomas Miller, Andrew Paul Miller and Maxine Lynn Miller; and his sister Leta Kozel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
