He was predeceased by: his father Stephen Klukaczynski; and his brother-in-law Rod Pietrowski. He is survived by: his mother Darlene Klukaczynski (Vickery) of La Salle; his children, Aimee Kacy of Arizona and Zack Kacy of Arizona; and his sister Lori Pietrowski of La Salle.
