She was predeceased by: her husband Donald. She is survived by: her children, Mary Kay, Patricia, Jacqueline Hayden (Grant Lucyk) of Denver, CO, Donald Hayden (Brian Thompson) of Miami Shores, FL and John Hayden (Kari) of Oak Park; and her grandchildren, David Subramanian (Aimee), Andrew Subramanian (Kate), Jaya Lizalde (Luke), Courtney Quinn (David), Madeline Murray, Cole Hayden, Nicholas Hayden and Millie Lucyk.
