She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Ray, Margaret Pigati, John and Isabel "Dolly" Urbanowski; and her mother-in-law Gail Caesar-Fasse.

She is survived by: her husband Jim Caesar; her parents, David Urbanowski and MaryJane Urbanowski; her siblings, Jamie, Neil Urbanowski, John Caesar and Mandy Montford; and her nieces and nephews, Bailey (Johnna Urbanowski), Jordan Langham, Madison (McKaylie Caesar), Elizabeth Montford, Michael Langham, Leif Caesar, Brock and Lucas Montford. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

“Sarah was one of my students when I taught at Lincoln Jr. High in LaSalle. She was a very talented girl in physical education and especially in dance. I was so very sad to see where she passed away and would like to extend my deepest sympathy to her family. Sarah's life was cut short way to soon, but I just want to say that hopefully the great memories that her family has will get them through this sad time! My sympathy to all!
