He is survived by: his children, Pete Patyk (Maribeth) of Peru, Louis Patyk (Cathy) of Skokie, IL. and Jessica Kurtz (Bill) of Galesburg, IL.; his grandchildren, Ashley (Grant), Keegan, Colton Carly (Caitlyn), Caitlyn, Alison and Henry; and his sister Barbara Gredzieleski of LaSalle.
