She is survived by: her mother Margaret Sampo Sr. (Fillipeck) of LaSalle; her children, Karen Burgoni III (Joseph) of Appleton, WI, Jeffery Baker (Deanna) of Waltham, Brian Baker (Christina Burleson) of Waltham and Christopher Baker of Waltham; her grandchildren, Mia Burgoni, Cassie Baker, Joe Baker and Rian Baker; her siblings, Sandy Noll (Chris) of Arlington, Christina Gray (EJ) of Oglesby, Jerry Sampo (Shawn) of Conway, TN, Peter Sampo, Jr. (Linda) of LaSalle and Greg Sampo (Lisa) of Fairbury, IL; and her pet Latte.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Hurst Funeral Home (650 5th St, La Salle, IL 61301). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Queen of the Holy Shrine Church (529 4th St, La Salle, IL 61301).
