He is survived by: his parents, James "Cooter" Crouch and Amy Crouch (Oberholz) of La Salle; his wife Paula Thomas of La Salle; his children, Destiny Reviglio (Jason) of La Salle, Cassandra Sylvester of Mendota, Lauren Sylvester of Ottawa, Trinaty Thomas of DePue and Cody Crouch of Peru; his grandchildren, Avalina, Rylie, Antonio, Malakai, Mazikeen and Kieran; his siblings, James Crouch of La Salle and Danni McCauley (Jason) of La Salle; and his niece Ella McCauley. He is also survived by aunts; and uncles.
