He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Kofoid); his daughter Stephanie Douglas (Corey); his grandchildren, Hailey, Jack and Delaney Douglas; his daughter Michelle Heskett (Dave); his grandsons, Jacob, Tom and John; his daughter Marti Janson (Chris); his grandsons, Will and Nathan; his daughter Janel Moreno (Andy); his grandsons, Mason and Max; his great grandchild Paul Waszkowiak (Jennifer); his brother Art Washkowiak (MaryAnn); his sister-law Sharon Waszkowiak; and also, Hanna and Brenna. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to the American Red Cross of Illinois Valley.
