Edward J. Bruski Jr. Obituary

We bid farewell to Edward J. Bruski Jr. of La Salle, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 12, 2024 at the age of 84. Edward touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. Bruski and Helen R. Bruski (Zubowski); and his close friends, Lady, Snickers and Jenna.

He is survived by: his wife Jackie Bibula of La Salle; his children, Edward J. Bruski III (Susan) of New Orleans and Danielle Bruski-Ludwig of Independence, MO; his grandchildren, Michael Thoman (Heather), Erica Bruski, William "Trey" Ludwig III and Tanner Ludwig; his brother Dan Bruski (Joan) of Hudson, WI; his nieces and nephews, Daniel Bruski (Cassie) and Ryan Bibula (Debbie); his great-niece Kaitlyn; his nephews, Jack Bibula and Eric Bibula (Jennah Graham); his niece Jennifer Medley (Dan); and also, Rich Bibula (Billie) and L. Michael Bibula (Michelle). He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Hyacinth's Catholic Church (927 10th St, La Salle, IL 61301). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Hyacinth's Cemetery.
