He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. William and Helen Haskins (Duncan); and his siblings, Bill Haskins and Ann Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Haskins; his sons, David Haskins Jr. and Aaron Haskins; his stepchildren, Jeri Lynn Summers (Steve), Chad Zeman and Jason Zeman (Deanna); his grandchildren, McKenzie Allen, Logan Zeman, Kelton Zeman, Adrianna Zeman, Quenton Zeman and Colin Summers; and his sisters, Karen Brucks and Mary Planeaux (Darvin).
