He was predeceased by: his parents, A. Buell Corzatt and Cordelia Corzatt (Lofftus); his siblings, Ada Thompson and Ivan Corzatt; his son-in-law David Butler; and his great grandchildren, Jeffrey Panto and Laken Corzatt.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Butler of Blandinsville, Gary Corzatt (Teresa) of LaHarpe, Carol Stevens (Todd) of LaHarpe and Wayne Corzatt (Debbie) of Dallas City; and his grandchildren, Julie Smith (Jeremy), Matthew Butler (Valerie), Jeffrey Butler (Melissa), Robyn Nichols (Matt), Laura Panto (David), Kevin Corzatt (Kimberly), Lesley McCain (Bruce), Kristin Lolling (Chad), Chris Corzatt (Deanne), Craig Corzatt (Kristina) and Jensen Corzatt (Mackenzie). He is also survived by 29 great-granchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established for the LaHarpe Christian Church or MDH Hospice.
