It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Mae Jackson (La Harpe, Illinois), who passed away on October 4, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell K. Clover and Maxine Clover (Ailes); and her granddaughter Alexis Paulsen. She is survived by: her former husband Duane McDowell; her husband Roger Jackson; her children, Jeff McDowell (Tracy) of LaHarpe, Phillip McDowell (Donna) of Elvaston and Alison DeSotel (Tyler) of Carthage, Illinois; her stepchildren, Gary Jackson of San Antonio and Lori Jackson (Derrick Lander) of Cherry Valley, Illinois; her grandchildren, Cade McDowell, Holly Mae Mosher (Gedney), Austin, Summer, Mason McDowell, Marie, Kate, Nora DeSotel, Dylan Hauck (Jasmine) and Savannah Jackson; her grandson-in-law Matt Paulsen; and her siblings, Sherry Butler (Gary) of LaHarpe, Jeanette Ford (Jim) of LaHarpe and Steven Clover (Denita) of Dallas City. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
