She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Osborne and Mary Shoemate (Gillett); and her husband Herbert E. "Herb" Fox. She is survived by: her former husband Robert Burr; her children, Lisa Corman (Brent), Harley Burr (Angela) and Wesley Burr; her stepchildren, Jerilyn Bennett and Brian Fox; her grandchildren, Lindsey Moore (Brendan), Alex Burr (Madelyn), Elaina Burr and Benjamin Burr; her great grandchildren, Hadlee, Lucas and Kinley Moore; and her siblings, Jan Owen (Wes) of Lee Summit, MO, Kathy Strickland of Port Richey, FL and Richard Shoemate (Nancy) of Vero Beach, FL.. She is also survived by five step-grandchildren; several step-great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at Banks & Beals Funeral Home in LaHarpe after 10:00 a.m. Saturday, where the family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:45 p.m. A memorial fund has been established for the Hancock County Food For Thought Program.
