He is survived by: his parents, Brittany Poulson (Shannon Caldwell) of La Harpe and John Krzyzaniak Jr. of Macomb, Illinois.; his siblings, Lukas Krzyzaniak, Anthony Caldwell, Aidan Shoemaker of La Harpe, Ryan Krzyzaniak, Maverick Heath, Drew Ramos of Macomb, Rylan Ford of Carthage, Cierra Anders of Monmouth and Veronica Ramos of Macomb; his grandparents, Hugh Poulson (Skeeter) of La Harpe, Jeanette Poulson of Ft. Green and Kelly Lant of Monmouth; his great-grandparents, Guy Eaves of Ft. Green and Shirely Caldwell of Monmouth; his aunts and uncles, Steven Eaves (Lana) of Ft, David Eaves of Ft. Green, Louise Jhade of Cameron and Erin Bainter of La Harpe; his cousins, Amber Eaves Addy (Chris), Keegan, Max, Madelyn Decker and La Harpe; and his pets, Jade and Yoda.
In lieu of flowers, John would like everyone to donate to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to his little brother (Lukas) education fund.
