He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Bundy and Linda Bundy (Dietrich). He is survived by: his son Matthew Bundy of Terre Haute; his stepmother Lori Bundy of Blandinsville, Illinois; and his siblings, Dennis Lyons (Amanda) of DesMoines and Noel Duncan (Brian) of Blandinsville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial fund has been established for his son, Matthew's, education.
