It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Glen W. Boyd of La Harpe, Illinois, who passed away on August 17, 2023, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Glen W. Boyd to show support.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Boyd and Olive Boyd (Wade); his wife Esther I. Miller; and his siblings, Clifford Boyd and Mary Jane Stevens.
He is survived by: his children, Lana Boyd, Mike Boyd (Janet) and Jan Burg (Max); and his siblings, Jerald Boyd (Clara Jean), Joyce Traser and Carol Allen. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from 9:45 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. at the funeral home, with Masonic Rites held at 10:45 a.m.
A memorial fund has been established for the LaHarpe Union Church or LaHarpe American Legion.
