He is survived by: his sons, Paul Eric (Jane) and Anthony Brooke Chapin (Sandra); his wife Bonnie Melvin; his children, Kathy Lee (Roger), Mark Melvin (Aubrey), David Melvin (Bev), Terry Melvin (Teresa) and Kelly Williams; his siblings, Mary Barr (Gary), Elaine Ferguson (Tom), Pam Jefferson (Jim) and John Chapin (Marianne); his sister-in-law Mary Chapin; his grandchildren, Scott Melvin, Nicholas Melvin, Bobbie Sue Naylor (Melvin), Devon Melvin, Matt Melvin, Jordan Miller, Cassandra Chitty, Selena Markley, Heather Chapin, Christina Lock, Kelsey Williams, Andy Rodeffer, Brady Griffin, Alyssa Chapin, Kendra Chapin and Carter Chapin; and his great grandchildren, Dahlia, Minerva, Cosmo Howard, Aubrey Porter, Austin Melvin, Dalton Melvin, Jensen Melvin, Logan Melvin, Mason Bruns, Isabella Melvin, Emma Miller, Lyric Miller, Jake Norton, Luke Norton, Shelby Norton, Lincoln Naylor, Julia Naylor, Ira Markley, Minnie Markley, Robert Markley, Daniel Miller, Arianna Lock, Saul Lock, Fiona Melvin, Ashton Miller, Alexandria Melvin, Caydon Melvin and Ryeland Melvin.
