We are sad to announce that on October 22, 2023, at the age of 76, Donald P. McCoy of La Harpe, Illinois, born in Kirkwood, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter McCoy and Bessie McCoy (Lowe); his wife Barbara S. Todd; his daughter Dawn Chaney; and his siblings, Peggy Arnold, Bill, Doug and Jack McCoy.
He is survived by: his children, Brian McCoy (Betty) of LaHarpe, Shelly Cunningham (John) of Carthage and Lori Fickel (Steve) of Buhler, Kansas; his grandchildren, Jeremy, Jordan, Emily, Ben, Kayla, Nathan, Derek, Faven, Diborah, Emma, Katlyn, Emmaly, Alex, Nick and Austin; his great grandchildren, Aubree, Collin, Damian, Spencer, Ezra, Ember, Aiden, Ava, Layla and Isaiah; and also Betty Miller (Roger) of Fort Madison, Iowa..
A memorial fund has been established for the Alzheimer's Association.
