She was predeceased by: her parents, George Brasfield and Marie Brasfield; her brothers, Thomas Brasfield of Ft. Madison and Richard Brasfield of Ft. Madison; and her son-in-law Todd Irish of LaHarpe.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Reed (Debbie) of LaHarpe, Brian Reed (Stacey) of LaHarpe, Kelly Carpenter (Wes) of LaHarpe and Cindy Schwerdt (Carroll) of Wentzville; and also Michael Brasfield of Wever, Iowa.. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Union Church of LaHarpe, IL.
