She was predeceased by: her parents, Lambert Elwood and Dorothy Elwood; her husband James Tio; and her brothers, James (late Eunice) and Richard Elwood.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Tio and Thomas Tio (Christina); her grandchildren, Samuel, Henry, Benjamin and Caroline Tio; her siblings, Cecilia Rae Elwood and Michael Elwood (Carolyn); and her sister-in-law Susan Elwood (late Richard). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
